I know it's a bit premature to put her into show competition but I couldn't resist. Ya know - Fire a couple of warning shots to let'em know you coming. Here's picture of the lady getting ready for the ball. (A local Ford show) She's wearing primer but she generated a lot of interest. No trophies today. The judging went against her as the other participants were seemingly superficial - seeing only her blemish and not her inner beauty.

The bonnet was open for the show. I was just being a smart arse, tyring to beat a slew of trailerqueens with a primered hood unfinished vehicle. Ya know -ya get the pleasant thought to send'em home embarassed scratching their heads in wonderment. The car was suprisingly competitive and did very well, getting a lot of votes, but the engine just was'nt a strong enough asset to offset the "pretty" -we don't drive'em ever factor. God forbid that the engine oil would ever get to temperature or the tire tread would scuff rotating against the harsh tarmac.

Every once in a while ya gotta pick up your lance, mount your steed, and joust a windmill or two. It let's ya know you're alive.
