351 w thermostat housing

Trying to decide if should run with or without the thermostat bypass on my stroked 351w. Any feedback would be appreciated.

i am running my 351w with the bypass. during the cooler months it will run from 140-160 up to 180 if it gets a little warm outside. maybe a little too cool, but during the summer i think it helps to keep the temp where it should be.

If you go w/o the bypass, you need to drill two small 1/8 or 3/16 holes in the thermostat flange so the water won't dead head in the engine
