Do you have all the fasteners to go with the cover?

I will look tonight, but I thought it just had grommets like the soft top.

Don't see any places for fasteners. What were they?

How did the cover attach to the body. Usually there are "snaps/studs" that have to be drilled and mounted onto the body then the cover snaps down over them. However, some covers are attached with velcro type strips. If you look closely at the cover there will either be reinforced holes for the "snaps" or velcro strips attached to the cover.

If it doesn't have any of these then I'm not sure how it mounts.

Thanks,

The snaps are not installed by us, they are customer installed.

Alan,

Can you tell by the photo how this cover mounts?

My guess is it is a new cover and the snaps have not been installed yet. If he doesn't have the snaps and pins you would have to locate a supplier (maybe Alan could help with that). If you are extremely confident in your ability to install the snaps, go for it - otherwise find an upholstery shop to do it.
