Loop portion, pin removable. bar portion is 4 bolts. Also has tabs for the seat belt hardware instead on just being thru the FG floot. This piece looks awesome and is overkill strong. Custom made for a Unique Cobra. This install will literally take you minutes to install. Hardware included
