Looking to see what tire sizes you guys with FIAs and 15" wheels have used. I've always run 235/60/15 on front and 255/60/15 in back, but I'm looking to replace them with Avons and they don't offer those exact sizes.

I either need to be safe and go smaller (225 front and 245 rear), or step up (245 front, 275 rear), but don't want any clearance issues or fender rub under hard cornering.

Any of you FIA guys run 245s on the front or 275s in rear?

Thanks!

Russ:

I don't have an FIA model, but I am pretty sure Alan knows what most the FIA people are using. Give him a call.

Hey, Russ!

Tony Lewis put the Avon's on his new 289 CSX2401 replica. That is the black #1 car on the Unique Facebook page. I am sure Alan or Maurice could give you the sizes he used. If I recall correctly, the 295/50-15 will go under the 289FIA rear end... I think Mike Dell used to run them at some point.

Did you ever find out what sizes Tony used on his FIA car, Russ?
